Very modern place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Don't need appointments. They take walk ins!

I am giving it 4 stars because it is generally a good clinic with staff that are mostly friendly and polite (for Germany). My cat Boris had a urinary bladder obstruction which is an emergency and they handled it well. If you see your cat having difficulty peeing (stressing over the litter box) and vomiting then see a doctor immediately. I am taking a star off because I think it is a little expensive. Again, not too bad for Germany and they did try their best to keep the price low by not ordering too many tests but in the end I feel that it could be cheaper.

Excellent experience! Leipzig was a stop on our way up north and our dog had acute stomach ache and wasn't able to sit properly. We were lucky and didn't have to wait long at all. Doctor Jähnig and his staff were really, really nice and understanding and after an IV medicine and some pain killers we could continue our trip.

I have brought my dog due to his skin condition to this praxis. Unfortunatelly, we had quite an unpleasant visit - the vet and the staff members were impolite or irritated and the expenses were way higher than expected as compared to other praxis..

Very good and capable doctors and nurses, modern installations, nice staff. We are patients of the clinic for two years now, and I couldn't be happier with them. I trust them completely because they have always done a very good job taking care of my dog. Also, if you are an international person, they make sure to explain everything slowly and even some parts in english, just to make sure you know what's going on with your animal. 5/5
