Dr. Nollert is distinguished by her high level of expertise and a huge passion for animals. You immediately sense that the well-being of each animal is her top priority. We particularly appreciate that she always takes sufficient time for examinations and consultations. Questions are answered patiently, and treatment options are explained clearly. Appointments are made smoothly, and advance notice via the contact form is always recommended/necessary. We feel that our pets are in the best hands and well-cared for here. A completely trustworthy and highly recommended veterinarian!

Today, on Bernd's 100th birthday (calculated as seven human years), it's time to say thank you for more than 12 years of first-class care. You always have the right advice, the right treatment, and the right recommendations. Bernd and I feel very much at home and well looked after. Dear Ms. Nollert, thank you very much.

The secret rule says: always sleep one night first and then make a much more realistic assessment. Hence the toned-down version. The vet is absolutely amazing!!! She is extremely competent, very empathetic, and doesn't let herself get discouraged despite the "time pressure." Thanks also for the many tips, which I will of course implement. By the way, my two Cockapoos (one of them very, very anxious) were very relaxed after the treatment and even approached Ms. Nollert again. They NEVER do that otherwise!!! Animals have a good sense of smell and may not have felt comfortable (which would be asking too much), but they weren't overly stressed either, and so I'll be damned if I ever go anywhere else again.
