We called our vet, Dr. Knopf, because our dog wasn't feeling well. She came at 7 p.m. and carefully examined our little beagle, Susi. She offered many comforting words. She wanted to tell us that we should let Susi go. Even the vet was moved to tears. Her heartfelt support helped us say goodbye to Susi. She was there for us, and we want to thank her from the bottom of our hearts. She is a truly wonderful vet with a big heart.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Knopf and the entire veterinary team and highly recommend their practice. Our Luna developed a pyometra over Christmas. After calling about ten veterinarians and receiving rejections, I came across this veterinary team. Dr. Knopf picked up our little girl on January 5th, performed surgery that evening, and brought her home on January 6th. Everything seemed to be going well, but her condition suddenly deteriorated day by day. Yesterday, January 20th, Luna was picked up by one of the staff members. Dr. Knopf tried everything she could, but unfortunately, nothing could be done to save her. This morning, Dr. Knopf put Luna to sleep, and she passed away peacefully. 😪😪😪

We've been going to veterinarians Heine and Knopf ever since we got our dog and are incredibly satisfied. She recently had major abdominal surgery, and she's doing as well as if the surgery never happened. We highly recommend their practice and have complete confidence in them for anything that may come up. The vets and all the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

We took our newly adopted kitten to the emergency vet today because he was limping in his hind legs. Ms. Knopf and the nurse at the practice gave us a very friendly welcome. X-rays were taken, and Ms. Knopf and Dr. Heine reviewed them together. Both vets calmly explained to me, providing important medical background information, what my kitten might have and what the next steps should be. He was then microchipped, even though it was an emergency appointment. Ms. Knopf and Dr. Heine are clearly very fond of animals and empathetic, reassuring owners as much as possible and taking their time with their animal patients. Further treatment arrangements are made via the mobile number we were given. Videos of the animal can be sent to this number to assess its movement and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up appointment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
