Bad experience...very disappointing...we said our cat is six weeks old when making the appointment, they told us to come to vaccinate... when we got there, they directly made the health check for our cat, then said that the cat is only six week old, and is too young to get vaccinated, come back later...but, pay for the check fee, 16 euro...it is ridiculous!!! it is absolutely cheating for money!!! if our cat is too young to be vaccinated, why didnt they tell us earlier? we are there for getting vaccinated, not for getting health check... the doctor insisted that they did nothing wrong, ok well, then wish they go broken as soon as possible

Everything was great, even with my limited German. And the price was very fair.

Always a friendly service, appointments are also usually available within a few days and the opening times very convenient. Update in 2024: still the best 👍

They are so friendly and the Doctor speaks English quite well. It was a great experience and my dog Mona was so at ease there.

Very good caring doctors! They also speak English and respond quickly to emails!
