A great veterinarian, I've been going there for years and always enjoy it. He's simply wonderful and, above all, honest.

Early in the morning, I took my Chihuahua to see him because, unfortunately, his dental hygiene hadn't been properly maintained by the previous owner. I also went to this practice on the advice of my regular vet. One of his teeth had broken, and he was clearly in pain. He wasn't eating, didn't want to go outside, and was very clingy. I received immediate help, and the dog was given the necessary medication right away. The vet was careful to conduct the treatment in a way that ensured the dog felt comfortable under the circumstances and avoided unnecessary procedures. We were also able to schedule another appointment immediately. I'm very grateful; by the evening, the dog was already feeling much better, and the pain had noticeably subsided. The vet is very easygoing and even chats about other things besides the dog, which personally helped ease my anxiety about my dog. I felt more relaxed and was therefore better able to be there for him.

Hello, this concerns the review by Alina Walther from three months ago. I was at the vet's office with my cat at the time, and Alina was my driver. I'm shocked by her review and don't know what motivated her or what's going through her mind. I can only say that Hendrik Piestrzonek is a good veterinarian, and I trust him completely. The accusations in the review are totally unfounded and untrue. Oh, and about the cleaning—he said that to me jokingly because I couldn't find my bank card. Oh, and I'm only responding now because I didn't know about this review until now.
