I have been a patient at Dr. Frederic Ranck's veterinary practice for many years and have always been very satisfied. The veterinary advice has always been excellent, and appointments were always arranged quickly and in consultation with me. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team. (Filou)

A very nice vet and friendly nurses. Very pleasant, not too hectic. Peace and quiet for the animal.

Great practice, small and nice. Good parking. Most importantly, it's not too busy; it's much calmer, and even my dog, who has epilepsy, isn't stressed. Not to forget Dr. Hake (a fantastic doctor) and her nurse (a wonderful nurse) – they're a great team, answer every question, and radiate a calming presence that's good for both animal and owner. You can always come if possible, although I've been turned away twice at the main office. I really enjoy going there and would give it 10 stars if I could. Unfortunately, and I find this a bit of a shame, everything (appointments, medication orders, questions, etc.) has to be handled by phone through the main office.

The second practice is smaller, a bit quieter, and less busy. Parking is available immediately to the right upon entering. All organizational matters should be handled through the main practice!
