I would give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not possible. We had an emergency, so we contacted the emergency service. Mr. Schauer's response was: "What am I supposed to do with the dog in the middle of the night?" Absolutely outrageous! Completely unempathetic and unfriendly. We definitely cannot recommend them!

We are more than satisfied with both vets. Excellent advice and explanation of the treatment and treatment options. Prices are also very fair, and both human and animal feel well cared for. Despite having had several procedures due to illness, our Ridgeback-Boxer mix is ​​always happy to go. I can highly recommend them. Thumbs up!

I had an emergency with my dog. My vet was there, but she was on vacation and had to turn us away 😡 Tough luck for her, one less patient! I called the group practice and was able to come in right away. Thank you so much! Very friendly and competent, I can highly recommend them.

Very helpful veterinarians. We have been treated by both of them, and I was always given excellent information. The medications administered quickly showed their desired effect. Our animals are in good hands at this practice. The waiting times were also manageable and limited.

Many thanks to both veterinarians for the expert treatment, advice, and support of our seriously ill cat, Nappi. Sadly, he had to be euthanized. Even during this difficult time, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my daughter and me, answer our questions, and offer comfort. We were with our furry family member the entire time(!) as he passed away and were able to accompany him to the Rainbow Bridge. This helped us immensely in saying goodbye. Thank you.
