A very kind, empathetic, and competent veterinarian and a super nice nurse. We felt very well cared for and understood. We were visiting Usedom and found quick and uncomplicated help for our dog here. We were actually prepared for a vacation, but unfortunately everything turned out differently. Our 10-year-old dog had to pee constantly on the second day and was losing light-colored blood. We were able to take her to the vet at short notice and they took an x-ray and the x-ray showed everything was fine. We were given painkillers and antibiotics and told us to come back if there was no improvement. Unfortunately, it didn't get better and we were given another ultrasound at short notice and pyometra was clearly visible. We had to act quickly and our dog had to have surgery. The operation went well and after a few hours I was able to pick up our Emmi. Today (Sunday) I went for a follow-up appointment and everything looks good. Thank you so much to the practice team for helping our Emmi so kindly and saving her life!
