A stroke of luck at Christmas! Our dog had a bite wound near his eye. We were immediately taken in as an emergency by Eugenie Platz in Anklam. She provided excellent care and did a fantastic job with the stitches. She's a truly competent and understanding veterinarian for both people and animals. She's our new go-to vet! Thank you!

I took our Benny to the vet's office for an emergency appointment. Since we're on vacation here, I called ahead and explained the problem (vomiting and diarrhea with blood in the stool). I was able to come in immediately. The office is very clean, and the two staff members at the reception desk were very friendly and competent. The vet is a compassionate, professional, and truly lovely woman. She examined our little guy thoroughly and then carefully administered the treatment. Our little darling received six injections, along with special diet food and a paste for his stomach. He was already feeling much better the next day, and now he's completely back to normal. The price for the treatment wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied! Thanks again to the entire team for the quick help.

You feel so well cared for at this practice. With their heartfelt care and extensive expertise, all animals are in the best hands. I've been here several times, even though I'm from Hamburg, and I always love coming back! 🤍🤍🤍

I can only say that the way you're treated by that ill-mannered kid at reception is absolutely outrageous. He's unfriendly, rude, and completely overwhelmed, and he takes it out on customers with sick animals! So, if you have too much time on your hands, you can sit in the practice only to be turned away in a completely unacceptable manner!

A wonderful veterinarian who takes her time with the animals and explains everything lovingly and thoroughly. We have a very good feeling about her and will always go there from now on. We highly recommend her, and the assistants are all very lovely as well.
