Quick and friendly help over the phone and supply of medicine for my private flock of chickens.
Super friendly and competent advice, even for hobbyists! They don't turn up their noses at me for wanting deworming medication for my small breeding operation. I was immediately put in touch with a veterinarian! Absolutely recommendable!!!
I had an important question regarding my chickens' vaccination reactions, received a call back immediately, and was offered help right away. I wish I had a vet like that in my area. Incredibly empathetic and helpful, even though I live quite far away. Many thanks again!
A heartfelt thank you to veterinarian J. Hellmich, who cared for my guinea pig Henry until his last day yesterday. He was there immediately and did everything imaginable to help him. Trustworthy, professional, open and honest, and loving.
Our Indian Runner duck probably had gapeworms and was having trouble breathing. Since there are no vets nearby who treat poultry, I came across the practice of Dr. Blome and colleagues. I called and briefly explained the situation to the friendly receptionist. She told me that Dr. Blome would call me to discuss everything further. This happened, and I described the symptoms to him. Dr. Blome then confirmed my suspicion of gapeworms. I was then asked to pick up medication from the practice, which I did. Our Indian Runner duck is getting better every day. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone; they are very helpful, even with questions about your poultry. Thanks again for your help.
