My little snob has been going to the practice for 7 years and feels comfortable there, and the doctor always addresses her by her name.

My dog ​​was neutered here yesterday and the surgery went very well. The vet and assistant were very friendly and kind.

We spontaneously went there with our dog (we're truck drivers), were immediately warmly welcomed, and Micky was treated well :) The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the doctor himself is also very personable, friendly, and very calm and harmonious with the animals :) Our dog doesn't really like doctors, but he felt comfortable there :) Many thanks to the doctor, the quick treatment, and the staff :)

More attention could be paid to the dog's well-being, especially stress reduction. I had my dog ​​operated on there, and we couldn't pick him up any earlier. As a result, my dog ​​had to endure an unnecessary 6-7 stressful hours in an unfamiliar environment, just so they could charge me. No wonder the dog wasn't happy with the vet anymore. Unfortunately, there's very little communication about how and why things are done; everything is just done without explanation. A little more transparency would be appreciated. The bandage was simply stuck onto the fur and absolutely had to be completely removed at the follow-up appointment. The vet himself is really nice. However, the woman asks inappropriate personal questions, making you feel uncomfortable.

My horse Lorenzo had choke…and on a Sunday afternoon, no less! Dr. Wirth came immediately as a substitute while my regular doctor was on vacation. She was incredibly friendly and handled the animal impeccably. The treatment was expert and successful. Thank you so much for your help! ♥️
