Due to our move to Heiligenhaus, we reluctantly needed a new veterinarian. After our first appointment today, we are absolutely delighted. Both we and our dogs were greeted very warmly and treated exceptionally well. They took ample time for us. We highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday was my first time at this practice, and I found the staff and the veterinarian very friendly and kind. My dog ​​is extremely anxious, but he immediately felt comfortable. They were very gentle with him, put him at ease, and I had the impression he didn't want to leave! 😂 I definitely think 5 stars are far too few!

I went there today for an ultrasound for my cat. We got an appointment at short notice. The entire impression of the practice (from the premises and equipment to the team) was perfect. They took plenty of time and examined my cat calmly. Every step was well explained, and the advice regarding further diagnostics was excellent, without any feeling of being ripped off.
