It was our first time there. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They took their time and explained everything well. A very nice practice with a lot of love for animals. Balu was cared for so lovingly. Thank you!

I came to this practice on a recommendation and I have to say I've never been so grateful for a tip! No matter who you speak to – the veterinarians themselves, the receptionists, or the assistants – everyone takes ample time and answers every question. They are all extremely knowledgeable and act professionally and clearly. Even on the phone, you're never brushed off, no matter what your question is. At no point did I feel like they were just rushing me through to get on with the next patient. I rarely leave Google reviews, but this is definitely the right place. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. The fact that they are even willing to see my pet in an emergency after surgery, even on weekends, is invaluable to me. Therefore, I sincerely thank the entire team!

Due to our move to Heiligenhaus, we reluctantly needed a new veterinarian. After our first appointment today, we are absolutely delighted. Both we and our dogs were greeted very warmly and treated exceptionally well. They took ample time for us. We highly recommend this practice.
