Friendly veterinarians. We got a quick appointment for our cat's spay/neuter. The cat is in great shape. Everything went perfectly. I definitely recommend the practice. You feel like you're in top hands there.
I took my dog Mogli there for eight years. It was a run-of-the-mill, good-priced affair. Proper examinations were never done or even recommended—ultrasound, blood work... actually, some weren't even possible there because they didn't have the equipment. When he suddenly became very ill, he languished for three weeks with a misdiagnosis. Only then was a blood test done and he was sent to the animal hospital, with best wishes over the phone. His heart was treated. His lungs were already failing. They tried to do something with antibiotics, but too much time had already passed. I certainly won't be taking my puppy there again. I could write much more. According to his vaccination record, my late dog had 22 vaccinations by the time he was eight and three-quarters old, many of them repeat vaccinations. When you're suffering, you search for answers and often realize what you've overlooked. We're now choosing a vet who can perform all the necessary examinations and actually conducts thorough checkups regularly. Cleanliness was also lacking; they just ran through one animal after another without washing their hands. When examining the dog, their hands touched his eyes, resulting in an eye infection. I mentioned this, but it was ignored. I then had Strohschein for his final treatment. The blood test and referral to a veterinary clinic only happened weeks later. Before that, he was treated for heart failure with medication. When I called, the person on the phone asked me if I was satisfied with my dog's condition. My answer was no, he wasn't doing well. Their response, Mr. Jungnikel, was to come by and get more heart medication; the dog didn't need to come with me. My answer was no, I was coming with the dog; he wasn't doing well. That was last Thursday when the blood was drawn, and your card payment didn't work. I received the blood test results on Friday evening, and then we went to the veterinary clinic. The vaccinations I've listed here were administered by several veterinarians, and they didn't directly address the issue. I'm 55 years old and I know exactly what I'm writing here.
We've been taking our pygmy goats to these three veterinarians for many years. During their house calls, they've always provided prompt and competent care. A few days ago, our nineteen-year-old goat was treated for mites; she was quite ill. After two days, she's back to her old self. Thank you, Dr. Schneider.
The best vets ever! Highly recommended! They saved my dog's life with their quick response! They are very caring and kind to the animals! You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Quick appointments, available even at night, excellent value for money!
I took my animals to this practice. I was generally satisfied, however, when my dog (a large breed) needed to be euthanized, they were unable to offer a house call. This shocked me greatly, as my dog was no longer fit to travel, and I was referred to another veterinary practice, where I will now remain. A veterinarian should prioritize the animal's well-being, not their own principles.
