This was our first time at this practice, and we were very pleasantly surprised. There was absolutely no waiting time. The treatment was completely calm and stress-free. Our concerns were addressed and explained very competently. The price was also perfectly reasonable and not exorbitant like in other practices. We highly recommend Mr. Heinzler.

A veterinarian with heart and brains. A fantastic team. Always ready to listen, and you never have to wait long for an appointment. Here, both animals and people are accepted.

Best veterinary practice in the area! Dr. Heinzler and his team are very friendly, competent, empathetic, and above all, loving towards animals! Appointments are very easy to get. In emergencies (even at night!!!!), they are on call immediately, and in serious cases, a house call is even possible after consultation! Animals are treated calmly and with great patience. 💚

I called Dr. Heinzler's office today and wanted information about the amputation of a kitten I've had since the beginning of October. This information was to be passed on either through me or directly to my veterinarian. The lady on the phone then told me, in an extremely annoyed and incredibly rude manner, that such reports weren't written and that everything had obviously gone well. She also asked if she could send me an invoice for the effort she was making. After all, she had her lunch on the stove. Unfortunately, I didn't look into my magic crystal ball before calling. My mistake. (If it's a break or I don't have time, I don't answer the phone but call back.) So I didn't receive any reports or anything like that, since they don't exist, but I should have paid for information that wasn't there... okay... Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars, and one can only hope that the veterinarian himself demonstrates a different character and communication style. In over 15 years of being a veterinarian, or anything in general, I've never experienced anything so incredibly rude, incompetent, and cheeky. I'm usually of the opinion that if you don't have anything nice to say, it's better to just say nothing at all, but that was the real deal. The lady then simply hung up.
