Very friendly staff! Competent veterinary care for my sick dog. Waiting times are often very long, which is not good for my extremely anxious dog. Normally, I should spare her this additional stress. However, there was no one in the service area, so I had no choice but to wait. Unfortunately, it turned into well over an hour. The visit was only supposed to be a follow-up appointment. Update: Unfortunately, I probably won't be visiting this veterinary practice again!!! The owner is so arrogant and self-absorbed. You really get the feeling that it's all about making money! Not about providing proper care for a sick animal. Snide comments during the telephone consultation and requests for possible treatment options were dismissed with the comment, "Then for God's sake, go somewhere else where it will be done the way you want it done." My natural concerns about the animal having surgery were all brushed aside, as if it weren't about my animal, but about "something else"! The disappointment is very deep!!!

We always receive excellent help. Our little budgie has had problems for a long time, but thanks to medication and the vet's excellent care, she has a much better quality of life. Even after her last visit, we could see that she was significantly more mobile and active. Thank you so much!

Excellent practice! The veterinarians treat our dwarf rabbits with respect, provide comprehensive advice, and carefully consider treatments for the animal's well-being. A big plus: card payment is accepted. There is parking available in front of the practice. The opening hours have changed compared to the website. It would be helpful to call ahead to check if they are open, especially if you have a long drive. We are very satisfied and always enjoy visiting the practice. It looks neat and tidy. The team – both reception and veterinarians – are competent and friendly.

Great team and sensitive care for all kinds of pets. Prices are fair. Short waiting times and friendly service. I highly recommend this practice.
