Very unfriendly vet. She was a young, blonde vet. She treated my cat like he was an object. Very unprofessional. The examination didn't even last a minute, yet she charged me 23 euros and berated me because my cat isn't neutered. She said it was my fault that so many kittens are running around and getting hit by cars. She even said I was irresponsible. I just smiled at her. I avoid this practice; I don't need a vet who treats animals like objects. Not recommended, just avoid it.

The vet was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. When I called about an emergency with our dog, they said we couldn't come for about two hours, even though they repeatedly said on the phone that it was really an emergency—no chance. In my opinion, I absolutely wouldn't recommend them.

Despite being tourists without an appointment, our dog was still treated promptly. 👍 Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the veterinary practice. They are always available in emergencies, and thanks to the appointment system for less urgent issues, I was seen immediately without a long wait, which significantly reduced the stress for my cat. The treatment itself was very professional and thorough, and all my questions were answered. It's great to know I can rely on you. Thank you so much.
