We've been taking our four cats and our Samoyed to this wonderful veterinary practice for over four years. I'm so grateful that the entire team is always there for our furry friends. We're especially regulars with our two cats who have special needs, and we always feel well cared for. Even on the phone, you're greeted warmly, and the team provides advice and reassurance beforehand. The waiting room is well-equipped with plenty of informational materials, books, and water for the animals. So far, we've never had to wait long :) I'm so grateful that Dr. Bellmann and Ms. Pagel always take so much time for us. They don't just rush you through; they truly treat each animal individually. You can immediately tell how much heart, experience, and dedication they put into their work. Our furry friends are always treated with loving care, and we, as their owners, feel truly valued and receive excellent advice. We particularly appreciate the clear explanations and honest communication. You never feel pressured into anything. Instead, they work together to find the best solution for our beloved pets. And even when the topic of weight comes up, it's always handled charmingly and with a twinkle in their eye. They gently remind you that perhaps one less treat or two wouldn't hurt 😄 They also send lovely reminder postcards for upcoming vaccinations. Simply wonderful. Thank you to the whole team. Of course, this also applies to our beloved pets Yuna, Finni, Balu, Charlie, and Carli 😉 For us, there's no better veterinary practice. A heartfelt recommendation! 🐾❤️

We received friendly and reassuring advice over the phone, and at the practice itself, Dr. Bellmann and her team took immediate and highly competent care of us. Highly recommended. You can sense not only their love for animals and their professional expertise, but also their kindness. After a long illness, it was sadly time to spare my cat further suffering. My special thanks go to Dr. Pagel, who accompanied us through this process with such empathy and comfort. It was a very dignified farewell, and my cat was able to pass away peacefully and without any time pressure. A big thank you also to the veterinary assistant who was there at the time and always had a tissue ready for me.
