Highly recommended. You can sense not only their love for animals and their professional expertise, but also their kindness. After a long illness, it was sadly time to spare my cat further suffering. My special thanks go to Dr. Pagel, who accompanied us through this process with such empathy and comfort. It was a very dignified farewell, and my cat was able to pass away peacefully and without any time pressure. A big thank you also to the veterinary assistant who was there at the time and always had a tissue ready for me.
