Great experience!

Dear Clinic Team, we brought our dog Moko to your clinic last Saturday night as an emergency. Unfortunately, his cancer had progressed so far that the attending veterinarian, Tom (I regret to say I don't remember his last name), could no longer help him. However, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the loving, professional, and consistently empathetic care provided by the entire staff! Both the veterinarian and the nurses were so kind! To our surprise and delight, we were given paw prints of Moko and a comforting cuddly toy for our young son. This teddy bear is now wearing Moko's collar and already means everything to our little one! We are so grateful that such a competent team was by our side during this difficult time!

My dog ​​Lotti and I have been clients/patients at the Rostock Animal Clinic for a very long time. No matter what the issue is or what time of day we come, we always receive very empathetic and clear explanations of what needs to be done and why. We also get appointments quite quickly. We regularly visit for physiotherapy, including massage and walking on the underwater treadmill. This helps Lotti a lot, and after some initial uncertainty (which we all overcame together, calmly and patiently), Lotti walks on the treadmill like a pro. Lotti walks confidently and purposefully into the treatment room and is happy to see the therapists, which is saying something for her. Earning Lotti's trust takes hard work, and you've certainly done it! 😉 I feel very well cared for there with Lotti, and I can always ask all my questions, which are answered empathetically and thoroughly.
