Our little dog is in excellent hands here; we've only ever encountered friendly and helpful staff. They take their time and explain everything calmly. Both the surgery itself and the overnight stay at the clinic went smoothly. The animals are cared for with such love and attention; you can feel it immediately. I also really appreciate that there's a grassy area where the staff can take the dogs after surgery to relieve themselves. I didn't experience this at another veterinary clinic, where the dogs had to do their business in a cage. The animals and their owners are so well cared for, and I was always kept fully informed and up-to-date. We are very satisfied, thank you so much! 🫶🏻

Kuddel and we thank you! On Monday, we had to bring our wirehaired dachshund puppy to the clinic as an emergency. We were able to walk right in, and our dog received immediate care. The entire staff, from the receptionists and veterinary assistants to the cleaning staff and the veterinarians, was simply fantastic—incredibly understanding, empathetic, and clear in their communication. They also provided helpful information regarding insurance and other matters. It's truly remarkable that they take the time to do this. The clinic is quite expensive. I didn't expect to pay more here than I did for my horses at the clinic in Alt Sammit. :D But only the best for the animals. An unpleasant reason for the visit, which thankfully had a happy ending. Kuddel is back to his old self, thanks to you all! :) We still hope we won't have to come back! :D

From the very first moment, we received not only professional medical care but also incredible compassion. They took an unbelievable amount of time to calmly explain everything, answer our questions, and support us during this difficult time. You could feel that they work with heart. Thanks to the rapid diagnosis, the expertise, and the dedication of the entire team, our Yuri is alive. They saved his life and gave us so much in return. We continue to come to you for follow-up appointments and always feel taken seriously, understood, and in good hands.
