I took my 15-year-old dog to her at the beginning of January because of a mammary tumor! On her advice, she "absolutely had to have surgery"... and she did! (The cost, including pre- and post-operative care, was around €1500.) Now, two months later, my dog ​​has suddenly become completely swollen on the side that wasn't operated on (tumors). I called her after her office hours at 7 pm and was rudely dismissed without even listening to me! She said it was outrageous to call so late and that I should contact the emergency vet! Why does she even answer the phone? Sorry I dared to call... Is this about love for animals or just about making money? Completely heartless... She has plenty of clients who wait there for hours every day! Thank you for your help.
