Very good knowledgeable doctors. Answered all questions. However the front staff could use a bit of customer service training. I waited for almost 5m before they addressed me while they were working on their computers and talking amongst themselves. Then it took another 2 Another 10m to get the bill.

Our dog arrived at the clinic Saturday evening as an absolute emergency. The entire team, led by the veterinarian, cared for him with a dedication and compassion that went far beyond what is expected. The close follow-up appointments in the days that followed, as well as the careful coordination of his further care, were exceptionally well-organized and always made us feel we were in the best possible hands. What the team did for our dog was truly extraordinary. We want to express our heartfelt thanks.

My dog ​​Charlie (Labrador) suddenly developed a severe rash on his belly and ears on Saturday. We were seen immediately and he received excellent care. Even the following day, when he was a little worse, we were welcomed warmly again, and possible causes were investigated, including blood tests. I'm continuing the treatment as advised and hope he gets better soon. Charlie always loved getting cuddles from the vet team 😊 Thank you! We'd gladly come back anytime.
