Warning! Unfortunately, we had a disastrous experience with veterinarian Marion Kerstingjohänner. We were disturbed as soon as we entered the practice – the premises seemed untidy, unprofessional, and more like a converted garage than a sterile veterinary clinic. Nevertheless, we left our cat there for dental work – a decision we later regretted. After seven hours, we were able to pick him up and were horrified to discover that the veterinarian had attempted to neuter him – without our consent and completely unnecessarily, as he is already neutered! His abdomen was cut open and stitched back up, even though this was never discussed beforehand. And it's a male cat… Her explanation? She claimed she was "in a surgical frenzy" and had accidentally operated on him as well. The consequences were a disaster for us and especially for our pet: high costs for the aftercare of the abdominal incision, enormous stress for our cat, and on top of that, the actual dental work wasn't even done properly and had to be corrected by another veterinarian. At least Dr. Kerstingjohänner covered the costs of the follow-up treatment – ​​but that should be a given in such a situation. Nevertheless, we can only conclude one thing: We absolutely cannot recommend this practice. Anyone who wants to spare their pet unnecessary stress and potential health risks should definitely find a different veterinary practice.

Absolutely terrible veterinarian! We had an emergency with our dog late one evening, and all we got from this vet were insinuations and diagnoses over the phone… If we had listened to this "doctor," our dog would have died miserably at home in agony! I'm so glad we drove 1.5 hours to the clinic in Hanover! There, they diagnosed a ruptured spleen… life-threatening!

A very empathetic and loving veterinarian, I can't understand some of the bad comments here, we felt very well cared for and will gladly come again.
