On June 7th, 2026, we had to use the emergency clinic because our dog had bloody diarrhea and vomiting, and his overall condition was poor. Dr. Eustermann and Ms. Westerwalbesloh were there. Both ladies were exceptionally kind, empathetic, well-coordinated, competent, and simply perfect! There was an even more serious emergency ahead of us, so we had to wait, which was perfectly understandable. An emergency is an emergency, and the most important thing comes first. However, someone was always available in case, for example, the waiting person's condition worsened. In addition, the phone was answered very politely and calmly, and all arriving patients were handled appropriately. It's quite an achievement for two people to manage this with a constant stream of emergencies. In the end, Dr. Eustermann was able to help our dog and alleviate his symptoms to the point that he is currently stable until we can see his regular vet tomorrow. Ms. Westerwalbesloh even had to help us with our car in the end, jump-starting it together with her husband, who drove to the practice especially for us. We had completely drained our car battery... The prices were absolutely reasonable, and for an emergency service, I even found them quite affordable. Many, many thanks to both of you, Dr. Eustermann and Ms. Westerwalbesloh. And of course, a big thank you again to your husband, Ms. Westerwalbesloh.
