Friendly and focused treatment. I've been taking our pets to this practice for almost 30 years. They've always taken their time for us and worked together to find the best solution to our problem. I'm always happy to return. The prices are reasonable.

Excellent vet. He cared for our cat over the past few days, even sacrificing his weekend for us. He didn't take advantage of the situation in any way. If I were to get another pet, I would choose him as my vet again without hesitation!

My wife asked for help with our chicken. The phone call with the owner's wife was very unpleasant. We understand that few veterinarians treat chickens. The veterinary practice's website lists bird treatment among its services. My wife was dismissed in a very rude manner (it's the tone that matters). It's a real shame. Chickens are farm animals and don't belong to the bird family. This was made very clear to my wife.

A very friendly and helpful veterinarian. Appointments are easy to get and examinations are quick and thorough. Questions are answered to the best of their knowledge and the prices are reasonable.

This might be a good vet for some. It's not for me. The practice and the staff seemed disorganized and unclean. Very unexpected, considering it's a veterinary clinic. The consultation and the way they treated me were also quite odd. I expect clear answers and a professional attitude when it comes to my animals' health, not long stories that have nothing to do with my questions. Listening seemed to be a bit difficult for them, and it certainly would have saved a lot of time if they had listened. It felt very condescending. What I found particularly disturbing was that they didn't even try to examine my cat because she growled once. I can understand trying and then giving up because it becomes too dangerous, but if they don't even have gloves or the motivation to take a closer look at the cat, I don't have much sympathy for that. I do appreciate the clear emphasis on the importance of good nutrition for animals, and it's great that they make a point of explaining this to owners. I do appreciate the clear explanations that good nutrition is important for animals, and it's great that they make an effort to educate owners about it. I do appreciate the clear emphasis on this. I think it's definitely the right thing for some, but I personally prefer a sterile and structured practice with professional advice and a good team where you feel well cared for with your beloved furry friends.
