I expect clear answers and a professional attitude when it comes to my animals' health, not long stories that have nothing to do with my questions. Listening seemed to be a bit difficult for them, and it certainly would have saved a lot of time if they had listened. It felt very condescending. What I found particularly disturbing was that they didn't even try to examine my cat because she growled once. I can understand trying and then giving up because it becomes too dangerous, but if they don't even have gloves or the motivation to take a closer look at the cat, I don't have much sympathy for that. I do appreciate the clear emphasis on the importance of good nutrition for animals, and it's great that they make a point of explaining this to owners.
