We were here again today (October 22nd) with our slightly older dog, Mala (almost 16). The vet who treated Mala was very caring and empathetic. She took plenty of time to diagnose and explain what was wrong with Mala and what could be done. By the evening, Mala was already feeling better. Not good, but better. Thanks also to the receptionist. The veterinary assistants there were and are always very friendly. The visit wasn't exactly cheap, but what wouldn't you do for a family member? 🥰

First of all, a heartfelt thank you to veterinarian Susanne Becker and also to the entire team, who are so dedicated and kind. We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat at the turn of the year, and Dr. Waschbüsch's team was incredibly caring and compassionate. Thank you from our Schnick-Schnack! Our new cat was also warmly welcomed, and all the examinations were done perfectly – no problems at all, and the patient wasn't afraid. Fantastic work! Keep it up! I was at the practice today with an emergency. I must say it wasn't easy for me and my grandson, as his cat had passed away. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the doctor, Ms. Petrikaite, and the entire team at the practice! Our dog, Phoebe, had extensive dental treatment with extractions, and I'm truly impressed by how lovingly and professionally everything was handled. Phoebe was cared for with incredible compassion – from the detailed consultation to the careful surgery and attentive aftercare. I even received a call later on the day of the treatment to make sure everything was okay. I always felt that Phoebe was in the best hands. ❤️ You can sense that not only the highest level of veterinary medicine is practiced here, but that genuine compassion for the animals is also present. Phoebe survived the surgery very well and is already back on her feet. I am very grateful for this wonderful care and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice!

I took my cat to the vet today for the first time and I'm very happy with my experience. I brought him in with a large injury after another vet simply prescribed painkillers and didn't even examine the wound. The vet and staff were incredibly kind and took excellent care of my cat. If I hadn't gone there, he probably would have developed blood poisoning or something worse from the injury. I'm so grateful for their wonderful work and that there are still vets who truly care for their animals instead of rushing them through like the previous vet did. 🙏
