I had a horrible experience. I had an emergency. My dog ​​had eaten 30g of dark chocolate. The guy on the phone, on Sunday at noon, who spoke very broken German, did everything he could to discourage us from coming to the vet. He suggested we give our 5kg dog salt so she would vomit it all up! A serious mistake, as it turned out, a Luxembourgish vet told us. It's utterly criminal and disappointing that such things exist in Germany!

We went there because of a cut our dog had while on vacation, and we got an appointment quickly, unlike at other veterinarians and animal hospitals. Our dog was examined and treated competently and professionally. Plus, they were friendly and reasonably priced. We would gladly go back anytime.

Extremely satisfied. One of our kittens injured its paw while playing and was favoring it; we thought it was broken. We called, and they were able to come immediately. After an examination and pain medication, the little one was much better at home. Very satisfied

I can highly recommend this vet… no unnecessary treatments, no frills… he's always helped my animals a lot. He's open and honest and more affordable than others. He even makes house calls when needed… I'd gladly go back anytime! 👍

I took my cat to see Mr. Gusarov today. I called at short notice because he suddenly had a strong gagging reflex. Before I go any further, I'd like to say something, as I've read here that some people have issues with his "cold" manner: Mr. Gusarov is of Eastern European origin, and this direct, matter-of-fact approach is perfectly normal there and not meant to be unfriendly at all. I'm married to a Ukrainian woman myself and know this very well through friends and family. Despite his directness, he is a very warm, competent, and incredibly fair-priced veterinarian. He says what's what, without beating around the bush, and that's exactly what I appreciate. He offers helpful tips and information proactively, without you having to ask. Regarding how he handles the animals: Yes, his movements might seem a bit rough or very quick to a layperson. But he knows exactly what he's doing. His movements are precise, he doesn't hesitate, and this significantly reduces stress for the animal. In the end, it's absolutely essential for the procedure and the animal's well-being. * * * * * * * * * The practice may not be the most modern or "polished," but it is perfectly adequate and functional for treatment. I can highly recommend Mr. Gusarov and his wife.
