I am deeply disappointed and shocked by this veterinary practice. After my cat's spaying, I was explicitly advised against using a cone or body suit. I repeatedly emphasized that these were my first cats and that I needed particularly careful guidance. Trusting them, I followed this advice – with disastrous consequences. The wound became severely infected, opened up, and filled with pus. On Christmas Day, I had to take my cat to another veterinarian for an emergency. There, they made it very clear to me how serious my cat's condition was. The wound was severely infected, and sepsis was only just averted. This thought still haunts me. The fear for my pet, the helplessness, and the stress on a holiday were almost unbearable. In my opinion, all of this could have been avoided with proper aftercare, clear explanations, and responsible recommendations. My trust in this practice is completely shattered. I will never go there again and strongly advise against it.

A truly wonderful practice with a wonderful team and so much love for animals ♥️ It's not a given that an emergency operation on New Year's Eve can be performed with such skill, calm, and patience, making it as comfortable as possible for both dog and owner. In this practice, it WAS a matter of course.

Today was my first time at the vet's office with my dog ​​Yoshi, and I'm thrilled! The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind, the vet was also very sweet, and everyone was so gentle with Yoshi. He got lots of cuddles and didn't even notice the injection. I received excellent advice, and the price was (in my opinion) fantastic. Yoshi always barks at other dogs (due to bad experiences), and I was immediately told that I could perhaps go into a separate room briefly to avoid any stress. And when Yoshi did bark, everyone was very kind and understanding. The receptionists also gave me excellent advice afterward. I already know that Yoshi won't be afraid of the vet. Thank you so much for this wonderful visit, and I will definitely remain a loyal patient! They were very caring, empathetic, and incredibly nice. Yoshi is almost six, and he really liked all the staff and the vet. Thank you for the warm welcome!

I was here yesterday for the first time due to an emergency. The treatment, if you can even call it that, was a disaster. The vet came across as very cold and unempathetic. My budgie couldn't move his leg properly and wasn't examined thoroughly. He was palpated a little, but no X-ray, which is very informative, especially with symptoms like these. I was told in a heartless tone that if her suspicion was confirmed, he might have to be euthanized. The next day, I went to a different veterinary practice, where my budgie was examined thoroughly, and after the X-ray, the problem was finally diagnosed. For me, this was the worst veterinary experience ever. I absolutely cannot recommend this practice.

I spontaneously visited this wonderful practice with my dog ​​today before the weekend because a few things had happened that had us, as owners, quite worried. I described the problem directly on the phone, and they recommended that I come in that very day. The advice I received over the phone was very empathetic, and the receptionist and the veterinarian herself were also incredibly kind. In fact, the entire practice team was simply wonderful from beginning to end, and my dog ​​obviously felt very comfortable. You can really feel the love for animal welfare here!
