A truly wonderful practice with a wonderful team and so much love for animals ♥️ It's not a given that an emergency operation on New Year's Eve can be performed with such skill, calm, and patience, making it as comfortable as possible for both dog and owner. In this practice, it WAS a matter of course.

Pentecost weekend wasn't easy for us. Whit Monday was a worrying time – I was constantly wondering if we'd have to go to the veterinary clinic. On Tuesday morning after Pentecost, I contacted your practice and explained our symptoms. Even though you didn't know me or my dog, they were able to see us right away. We received a very warm welcome. You thoroughly examined my furry friend and were able to operate on her the very next morning. A huge thank you to your practice – your entire team. Great practice and a fantastic team. They treated my mother's dog immediately, without an appointment or anything like that, unlike another practice that even in our emergency situation required an appointment. I can highly recommend them.
