I found Dr. Schlüter and the entire practice team to be extremely professional and empathetic. This was true both during the treatment of various "minor" illnesses and also at the end, when we sadly had to have our dog euthanized. I always felt I received expert advice tailored to our needs. Dr. Schlüter and her team took a great deal of time, especially during the euthanasia, and provided us with compassionate support. This meant a great deal to us.

I brought an injured rat (from the street) to Dr. Schlüter's practice and was greeted warmly and, most importantly, taken seriously, even though to some it might be "just" a rat. Dr. Schlüter approached the case with great care and calm, conducting a thorough examination. I am very grateful for this experience and would recommend her practice to anyone after this visit; I would also visit her again myself.

A highly competent and friendly team. Dr. Schlüter provided us with efficient and informative advice and was very friendly. Our dog felt very comfortable.

The team and the vet are very friendly, but I spent €400 for two kittens. For a routine follow-up eye check (less than 10 minutes), they charged €60 for my four-month-old kitten. I'll be looking for a more affordable alternative because staying here long-term will bankrupt me.

Ms. Schlüter and her assistant (I unfortunately don't have her name at hand) are incredibly friendly. The waiting room had a very calm atmosphere; we felt well cared for and in good hands with our dog, Willi.
