My bunny died there but besides that there fantastic

When I took my seriously ill dog to the veterinary practice on Saturday, everyone—the vet and the assistant—was incredible. Even though it was after the practice had opened, everyone took such good care of Trudi. There was a cozy blanket on the floor, and everyone was very gentle with her because she was in so much pain and unwell. Everyone was so kind and took their time. Sadly, we had to let Trudi go, but it was handled so carefully and gently that it was very kind, especially for Trudi, and I had plenty of time with her there. No one rushed me or made me feel like I had to leave. They even sent me the bill so I could go home in peace without disturbing my sadness. It's incredible how wonderfully this team treats people and, even more so, animals. Thank you so much!

This veterinary practice is highly recommended, especially for major or complex surgeries. After a very thorough operation on the ligaments of both hind legs of our Chihuahua a few years ago, which went very well and allowed him to live a happy life for many more years, we recently brought our mixed-breed female dog to the practice for mammary lumps. Both the initial examinations and the follow-up examination, as well as today's suture removal, were carried out with great calm, friendliness, and understanding – for both humans and animals. All our questions were answered, and all risks were discussed. We are impressed by their expertise and competence – our special thanks go to Dr. Richter! And also to all the wonderful assistants.

We brought our Vizsla mix, Lucky, to your clinic on October 21, 2025. I would like to belatedly thank the team and the veterinarian for their loving and prompt assistance. Our Lucky was old and very ill, and he had to be put to sleep. We were desperate because our previous veterinarian had closed his practice, and we hadn't yet found a new one. Thank you so much for providing us with such quick and uncomplicated help during the worst moment of our lives. We miss our furry friend, our best friend, our beloved pet so, so much, and the grief is still immense, but we are relieved that he is no longer suffering. P.S.: The cost was completely irrelevant to us; at that moment, we would have paid any price. Love knows no price lists. THANK YOU, dear team. 🫶

A very good and competent practice, just a 5-minute drive away, where we always received prompt and helpful service. We have seven dogs and are gradually transferring them from our old practice in Darmstadt. The drive to Darmstadt is simply too far in the long run (an hour's journey). We feel very well cared for here, even with our special breed, Shar Pei. Two dogs have already had their lives saved there through very quick and successful surgeries and treatments. We can only say thank you!
