Here, "out of love for animals" is truly paramount! This only works if you take your time. If you want to go home with a good feeling, this is the place for you!
I'm afraid I can't understand the many positive reviews. During my treatment, other clients simply walked into the room uninvited, which I found very unpleasant and unprofessional. At the checkout, I was handled almost as an afterthought while the employee was busy with something else. Furthermore, I was offered a spay/neuter procedure for my dog without my consent, even though that wasn't why I was there. Overall, I had a very bad experience – I won't be returning to this practice.
