This clinic is a true nightmare for us and our hamster. Every month we take him to have his teeth trimmed, a very simple procedure that costs 20 euros each time, but we were willing to spend that money. But on the fourth visit, an accident occurred. The hamster's face was completely cut open! We were very sad, but ridiculously, we still paid the fee for the teeth trimming. They stitched the hamster's wound, but after a few days, the hamster pulled the stitches out, and now his entire face is torn open. I seriously doubt their surgical skills; after all, they can't even do a simple teeth trim without problems! Now I find it truly ridiculous. I trimmed his teeth at home without such an accident. Yet I decided to pay for it and let the hamster suffer. As a hamster, he is not old; on the day of the accident, he was still three days away from his first birthday. Now we don't know when he will die. I just hope he can spend every day as happily as possible. Although we weren't very happy with the way the clinic treated us, we don't want to comment further since my girlfriend and I are foreigners.
