Our dog was stung on the tongue by a wasp and suddenly started breathing strangely, panting heavily, and whining. We didn't know how serious it was or how bad it might get, and were understandably very worried. We went to the vet's office immediately and were seen right away. The entire team was incredibly friendly and patient—both with our dog and with us (the anxious ones). Everything was explained calmly and clearly, which was very reassuring. We are so grateful for the quick and compassionate help we received. :) Thank you so much!

Dear Team and Ms. Hauck, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you. I am extremely satisfied with the work you do every day, and especially with how you treat the animals. I first came to you about two and a half years ago for an acute emergency. I was seen immediately, and everything went perfectly. My rabbit was already feeling better the very next day. Since then, I've always been happy to come back whenever a problem arises or I'm very worried. Ms. Hauck performs all the necessary examinations, including those requested. Furthermore, she clearly explains what is being administered and why it's necessary during injections. All treatments were always discussed with me beforehand. The lovely assistants are also incredibly kind and caring. I always feel very comfortable, even if my rabbit doesn't feel the same way 😄 (she secretly likes you all 😋). Unfortunately, I can't say much about the price. It always seems quite high to me, although you are simply adhering to the law and agreements. But ultimately, what's really important to me is that my rabbit gets the help she needs. If she's doing well, then I'm doing great too. Thank you so much 💕

Well, I've only been there once. Everything was fine. Friendly and nice. Gas station and shops are 500m away. Bus stops right outside. Parking is also available. So, all in all, great.
