Reviews
Excellent vet. It's possible to have someone who speaks French. Friendly welcome, reasonable prices. They don't push you to buy more, which is much appreciated!
The veterinarians are truly dedicated to the animal's well-being. The owner is involved in everything. If only some human doctors were this empathetic! The appointment times are well-distributed, so even I, as someone with inconvenient working hours, can manage it easily.
We took our two kittens to the veterinary practice several times for vaccinations and were always satisfied. A few weeks ago, we brought our 6-month-old male cat in, who had suddenly changed his behavior completely. Within seconds, he was diagnosed with back pain and given a painkiller. Later, at the emergency veterinary clinic, it turned out that our female cat was actually just in heat (something a vet should be able to recognize). We paid €160 that day, only to discover that BOTH our cats are actually females (the incorrect sex was initially determined at this practice). Although we addressed the error by phone, in person, and by email, we have received neither an apology nor any form of compensation to this day. We are disappointed by the lack of responsibility on the part of the practice. It's not just the mistake itself that worries us, but also the unwillingness to acknowledge it and apologize. Update: We have since received a written apology from Dr. Vogt and a promise of reimbursement. Thank you very much for that.
Very good firm
The veterinarian also takes time for her patients, both big and small, on weekends. We felt very well cared for.
