Today we visited Ms. Antel for the first time with our two cats. She handled the animals with great care and was very friendly – ​​I can wholeheartedly recommend her. The same goes for the entire practice team, who were, as always, very competent. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. We took our cat, who had dental problems, to the vet for an examination. The injection was administered quickly, and they took a quick look at her front teeth, saying everything was fine. I think they have X-ray vision; they didn't even open her mouth. We paid €72 and went home. Things got worse; she was drooling, so we went back to the vet. This time, however, we went to a different practice, which unfortunately is a bit further away than Breisach. There, they performed a proper examination, and lo and behold, her mouth was inflamed, and one molar was completely loose. If they had examined her mouth properly in Breisach, they would have noticed that… But yes, €72 was wasted, and we won't be going back to that practice. It's a real shame that Dr. Lenz is no longer there; she was one of the best veterinarians. We were her patients for years. Two stars for the friendly service at the practice.

I was there with my foster dog and I'm absolutely thrilled with everything!! Great energy, no stress, super nice staff and vet! I'm so lucky to have you! And FINALLY a vet who also performs euthanasia at home!! Thank you all!
