We are very satisfied; we already took our first dog to Dr. Bahrs.

On Tuesday, we had to decide to have our old cat (who'd been with the practice since she was a puppy) put down. We couldn't get an appointment until Thursday. That's completely unacceptable! We had to go to a different practice!

On-call duty and the duty of care towards the animals are clearly not taken seriously. It's a shame; even one star is too much. Unfortunately, I had this experience at the beginning of September and can agree with some of the others. My answering machine message said: "In case of emergency, contact the clinic in Neustadt." This was despite the fact that the doctor was on call.

He helped our Cane Corso Jo Blu incredibly quickly and kindly, despite some initial difficulties which were purely organizational and beyond the control of both him as the veterinarian and us as the clients. Thank you so much for your help!

After being transferred to this number three times via the emergency hotline, as this clinic was supposed to be on call... only the answering machine picked up each time, and no one called back! Finally, we had to drive our dog almost an hour to Lübeck, where she didn't make it. Thanks for this superb on-call service!
