We are very satisfied; we already took our first dog to Dr. Bahrs.
We had to make the difficult decision on Tuesday to have our old cat (who had been known to the vet since she was a kitten) put down. We couldn't get an appointment until Thursday. That's unacceptable! We had to go to a completely different veterinary practice!
He helped our Cane Corso Jo Blu incredibly quickly and kindly, despite some initial difficulties which were purely organizational and beyond the control of both him as the veterinarian and us as the clients. Thank you so much for your help!
After being transferred to this number three times via the emergency hotline, as this clinic was supposed to be on call... only the answering machine picked up each time, and no one called back! Finally, we had to drive our dog almost an hour to Lübeck, where she didn't make it. Thanks for this superb on-call service!
