I am incredibly grateful for this practice. My dog ​​had to undergo major dental surgery yesterday, and I had so many worries and questions beforehand. From the very beginning, we were treated with compassion and love – by both the veterinarians and the veterinary assistants. All my questions were answered patiently, and my anxiety was completely alleviated. They really took the time to address my fears – that's not something you can take for granted. We received incredibly warm and caring support from the entire team at the practice. After countless emergency visits to various veterinarians every night, we ended up at the Vier Seen Veterinary Clinic and stayed there. Our concerns were taken very seriously. We realized that everything possible was being done to help our Simba recover quickly. Unfortunately, his illness had progressed so far that we ultimately had to make the difficult decision to let him go. Simba had to leave us far too soon, and even five months later, I can't write these words without tears. Despite all the grief, we were so pleased with how we and our beloved cat were treated. The team was so empathetic and understanding and made saying goodbye as comfortable as possible. We are truly, truly grateful for that. Keep up the great work! ♥️
