We've been going to her for years, as have my parents. She's a fantastic veterinarian. She's always there when you need her and has always been incredibly helpful to our animals. We wholeheartedly recommend her.
So far, we have only had good experiences - the cats were vaccinated, treated for fleas, neutered, and recovered after an accident.
On February 2nd, I took my dog to the veterinary practice for an examination. Unfortunately, the service was completely unprofessional and rude. When my dog growled slightly, the staff member yelled at us and told us to find another practice. What kind of service is that?! You absolutely do not expect such behavior from a veterinarian. Communicating to both the animal and the owner in this way is completely unacceptable.
