The receptionist is incompetent; she can't show Dr. Soulier the eye pictures. If you have no way of getting to the practice, she's very incompetent. I'm looking for another veterinarian. I would replace the staff. I'll ask Dr. Google.

Due to an emergency on a Saturday, we've been going to Dr. Schraishuhn for about two years now. We're very happy with him and his team. The waiting room is always quite full, but that only speaks to the quality of the practice. He takes the necessary time for both animals and people and explains the problem clearly (asthma, nausea/vomiting, dental issues, or simply a vaccination). Medication is available on-site or as a prescription for the pharmacy. The opening hours are good—especially the Saturday appointments! Unfortunately, we always seem to have the dubious "luck" of our cats feeling unwell on Friday nights or Saturday mornings. Knowing we can consult a veterinarian even then is very reassuring.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! Our cat Jimmy was in acute distress. He was on the verge of suffocating, and he received incredibly fast and expert care here. During that difficult week, his health fluctuated constantly, so we were at the practice every day. Despite this, we always felt we were in excellent hands. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Soulier: He does an outstanding job. With great dedication, expertise, and a highly structured, methodical approach, he truly gets to the root of the problem and does everything he can to make the animal feel better. This is exactly the kind of veterinarian you want! But the entire team also deserves a huge thank you. The assistants are incredibly friendly, empathetic, and dedicated. You immediately feel welcome, taken seriously, and simply well cared for. We are incredibly grateful for your wonderful work and for your dedication to Jimmy. Dennis and Ilona

We've been patients at Dr. Schraishuhn's practice for almost two months now. We initially brought our cat to Mühlacker as an emergency case. We received a very warm welcome, and Dr. Schraishuhn took excellent care of our young cat with great attention and affection. We were so impressed that we decided to always go to Dr. Schraishuhn and his team from now on. Today we visited the practice again, and our first impression was confirmed. A very friendly reception, no waiting time, Dr. Soulier really took his time and is also wonderful with the animals. In short: a large, modern practice with plenty of parking. A very friendly and competent team. We are 110% satisfied and will also have our dog cared for by Dr. Schraishuhn and his team in the future!
