Tierarztpraxis Dr. Judith Steinmetz

Dr Hess has treated both of my cats several times and has always been kind, professional and effective. Her treatments were very helpful and her patience is endless (one of my cats has a horrible temper)

Since 2019 and 2021 respectively, I've been taking my two French Bulldogs to the veterinary practice of Judith Steinmetz, and I feel completely at ease there. Both the veterinarians and the veterinary assistants care for both people and animals with great competence, empathy, and patience. You're always seen promptly, your concerns are taken seriously, and you're never ridiculed—quite the opposite: they listen attentively and provide clear advice. Especially with "problem breeds" like the French Bulldog, they act with particular care and foresight. Whether it's dietary recommendations, referrals to specialized clinics, or individualized care, they truly think ahead and make decisions in the best interests of the animal. The prices are also more than fair, which I greatly appreciate. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and, even though no one enjoys going to the vet, I always come back here because I know my dogs are in the best hands.

We have been taking our dogs to this practice since it opened and have always felt very well cared for. The staff is very empathetic and respectful in their interactions with both animals and owners. Every step was explained clearly – including an honest assessment of what was necessary and what wasn't. We also particularly appreciated the timely referral to a clinic when further diagnostic testing was needed. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

My cats always receive prompt care! The entire team is incredibly friendly, and all three veterinarians are very empathetic. The treatment is explained thoroughly. Preventative checkups are also carried out meticulously. I've been very satisfied for years.
