I called the practice to inquire about the price of neutering rabbits. I was immediately rude because I simply wanted to find out more. That's no way to win new customers. And the price is average, so perfectly fine. Good luck with your customer acquisition efforts. I won't be getting any here :(

A competent doctor who is always available for questions and concerns, even outside of his office hours. Walk-ins are welcome without long waiting times.

I fostered a dog for a week. He had a fever of over 104 degrees. No waiting time. He was welcomed very warmly as a new arrival. After four days of IV drips and injections, she, Maya, was over the hill. 😊😊😊

The staff were friendly, but the doctor himself was unfriendly. His expertise was good, but his humanity and empathy towards pet owners left much to be desired.

I don't know how Freigeist behaved towards Mr. Blumenschein, that he was supposed to be so unfriendly! Our cat was very sick, and we didn't know if she would recover. Mr. Blumenschein cared for her lovingly over several treatments and completely restored her. He was also very friendly and polite towards me and my wife. Perhaps Freigeist went to a different vet!
