Tierarztpraxis Dr. Susanne Lorberg

I'm very happy with the vet. She always has a sympathetic ear for people and a kind heart for animals! You can always reach her at any time, even on Sundays and holidays! I've seen quite a few vets and haven't yet found one where everything always goes exactly as planned! Always remember, they're just doctors, not God, even though they try their best for the animals! I give her an 11 out of 10 – top marks!

I'm writing on behalf of my friend Pascale Schoppe and her dogs. She's been going to Ms. Lohrberg for 18 years and is always satisfied. Ms. Lohrberg is competent and available day and night with her experience. She's friendly, very accommodating, and always there for you.

For me, she's the best veterinarian, whether for dogs, horses, or even guinea pigs. She's always been able to help successfully, no matter what the problem. Whether it's castration or other surgeries, they've always gone exceptionally well, with absolutely no problems afterward. Ms. Lorberg is completely honest and doesn't try to rip you off like some other vets. She's open and honest about which treatments or medications are pointless and which aren't. Simply outstanding! She's always available, no matter the time of day. I've known Ms. Lorberg for over 18 years, and even after all this time, I'm still impressed by her competence, helpfulness, and approach.

I absolutely cannot recommend this veterinarian. After my three cats were neutered, serious complications arose – two developed infections, and one cat was in critical condition and required urgent treatment. The entire situation was extremely stressful for me and involved significant additional costs – approximately €3,000 in total. I expected professional and safe treatment, but unfortunately, the opposite was true. The veterinarian's behavior also made me very uncomfortable and caused a great deal of distrust. Overall, I did not feel well cared for at this practice. I will not simply let this incident go and reserve the right to consider further legal action. I strongly advise against using this veterinarian and recommend that other pet owners carefully consider whom they entrust their animals to.

Best vet ever!!! She's always friendly and very competent. I've been taking our dog to this practice for years, and we always feel well cared for. Even if you just call with a question, she's always kind and helpful. 🐕🐕🐶
