We've been taking our ponies, dog, and cat to this practice for years. We've never been treated rudely or turned away. No matter what the issue, we've never been refused. Unfortunately, the costs have increased, but they never overcharge, and all our animals are always treated very well without unnecessary fuss. Explanations are always clear, even when things get serious. As a pet owner, you're in very good hands here.
