I've only been there once with my inherited cat, so I don't have a wealth of experience. What I can say: The waiting room is beautifully furnished and decorated, it plays calming music, and the large TV on the wall introduces the team and illustrates various information – all thoughtful and with great style. The staff is friendly, professional, and has a pleasant demeanor. ... I could have easily stayed in the waiting area longer. The cat might disagree :)

I took my cat Malou here for her first grooming appointment – ​​and we were absolutely thrilled! The team is incredibly friendly, competent, and loving with animals. After the appointment, Malou looked like she'd just been to the hairdresser: her fur was shiny, perfectly groomed, and her paws were moisturized! No bald patches or careless clipping – they work with real care. Malou has never experienced such wonderful grooming before. We will definitely be back!
