No matter when we arrived, we were always greeted warmly. The veterinarian's examination was excellent, and everything was explained thoroughly. Questions were answered and answered well. I am very satisfied with the entire team.

Unable and unwilling to help. We were transferred via the emergency call center, and the veterinarian was both unable and, more importantly, unwilling to help. He wanted to send us directly to an animal hospital that was far too distant. Professional questions and assessments were completely unwelcome. He is absolutely not recommended as a veterinarian. It's a shame when you need help while on vacation.

A friend's cat was neutered there. The surgery went well, and the cat was able to be picked up after waking up. However, a completely untrained employee removed the cat's Elizabethan collar. Apparently, the cat didn't need it and took it off. The cat then had to have another surgery a few days later, as he apparently did need the protection after all. So, because of a decision made by the practice: Animal needlessly stressed Surgery performed twice Billed for the second surgery as well Well, that's one way to make money. My cat also has a file there, but I'll probably look for a different practice.
