This was our first visit with our puppy. The staff was very friendly. The vet took the time to answer all our questions and explained vaccinations and diseases to us. All in all, very good care.

Extremely satisfied! Always, at any time and with every problem, we found a friendly and competent team that listened to our concerns! The diagnoses were accurate, the analyses were precise, the treatments were effective, and the healing was rapid. We never experienced any impaired wound healing or complications. Our four-legged friends, regardless of size, recovered quickly! The cost breakdown is easy to understand and comprehensive. Even paying in installments for large bills is an option. The team is also available to assist with any insurance questions regarding the necessity of the surgery or the compatibility between the operated and insured animals. Many thanks to Dr. Becher and her assistant, who competently assisted us as an emergency veterinary surgeon in the early hours of September 13th. Our dog is now feeling better. The treatment was competent, and although our dog was uncooperative, it was loving and considerate. Thank you again!
