I was there with two of my five dogs. Both need surgery. The smaller one has a mammary tumor and the other has an ulcer on her hind leg. I received such competent advice, and the staff were so empathetic and compassionate. The best veterinary practice I've ever encountered. I have complete faith in the team that my dogs will recover. I will definitely recommend this practice.

I now take my second dog there, and everyone is always very nice and friendly, including to the animal. The only downside is that the practice isn't open every day. But otherwise, we feel very well cared for there. Our last appointment was for the diagnosis and adjustment of his epilepsy medication; everything went perfectly, and he's been symptom-free ever since, thanks to the medication and treatment by the vets. ❤️

A very good practice where they still work with heart. You feel understood. They almost always answer questions, if possible. Since the practice has two locations (Hann. Münden and Dransfeld), it's advisable to call ahead and make an appointment. If you need more information, write to me.

Excellent organization with appointment scheduling and a correspondingly short waiting time. My cat received competent treatment after a bite injury. The animal was handled very well during the treatment, and the explanations to me as the pet owner were thorough. We will return if necessary!

The practice is very good, but unfortunately, you sometimes find yourself standing in front of a locked door. Sadly, the practice is often closed or closes early, despite its advertised opening hours. Good service and good veterinarians.
