Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this service. It starts with the woman on the phone—very unfriendly and even aggressive. She snaps at you so rudely on the phone. It's unbelievable. We moved here and wanted to have our cat spayed. We've never been treated so rudely on the phone before. My husband and I were speechless... how could anyone be like that? When she then said it would cost €650 because it's a purebred cat, we were completely taken aback. I asked what the difference was between a purebred cat and a regular cat (since every cat is a breed), and the answer was the pedigree. This practice is only after your money, and they even snap at you for it. No thanks. Not recommended.

Fast and professional help. Needed visit rather fast(but not emergency) called Friday - visit Monday. Veterinarian was very friendly and professional (although young). Waiting time ~10min from scheduled appointment, which is in my opinion completely normal.

We've practically become permanent residents here with our rats. (A loyalty card would be a good idea 😂) Even though they're not "pet specialists," they always do their absolute best for our little stinkers. They also try to accommodate the owners' wishes as much as possible. One of our male rats had a skin tumor removed from his belly. No anesthesia. Just numbing injections. In less than 10 minutes, he was stitched up and freshly diapered. He was doing great, and I was really impressed. (Yes, without general anesthesia. That's quite risky with rats.) Inserting a castration chip in rats is no problem. If there are really "serious cases" (I'm still talking about rats here) and the options are running out, they'll recommend seeing a specialist.
