Reviews
The best veterinarian I know. Dr. Anna Bondarenko saved my cat, so I'm incredibly happy and grateful to have her. She takes her time with the animals and gives compassionate advice. She doesn't do anything unnecessary, and her prices are very reasonable. A veterinarian with a true calling! Highly recommended.
The entire team is professional, empathetic, and extremely friendly. Dr. Bondarenko takes ample time and chooses the appropriate therapy in consultation with us and with consideration for our dog's needs. Despite the many vet visits, Amy is always happy to see us. Thank you to the whole team!
I was there for the second time today with an urgent case, and the team was simply fantastic. Friendly and calm, very courteous and empathetic with our dog Fredi. They asked detailed questions and requested a call the next day to check on the animal's condition. Many thanks to the entire team at the practice.
A highly competent practice with incredibly empathetic staff who accompanied us with great compassion on our cat's final journey. Furthermore, very fair and transparent pricing. Highly recommended if you want to know your little friends are in good hands when the time comes. 👍🏼 😺
We took our two cats to Dr. Bondarenko for treatment after they contracted giardia from the breeder. We assumed we would be in good hands and that the parasites could be reliably treated with oral medication. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the high risk of transmission or the necessary hygiene measures in our home. We were told that the cats would be healthy again after taking the medication. When we asked if our two-year-old child could be infected, this was denied. Two months later, both cats had diarrhea again. At another veterinary practice, we learned that extensive hygiene measures are absolutely essential when dealing with giardia: thorough steam cleaning, washing blankets and cushions at 60°C, completely emptying and disinfecting the litter box daily, cleaning food bowls with boiling water, and disposing of the water fountain. We were also informed there that transmission to humans is indeed possible – special care is needed, particularly in households with small children. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We are disappointed and concerned about how a serious and contagious illness was handled and how, in our opinion, the risks were downplayed.
