Professionally excellent. The initial consultation was great. I would give it 10 stars. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to contact her since, despite several attempts on our part. That's why I'm giving this poor rating. It's a real shame; I didn't expect it to be like this.

I take my two large dogs to Ms. Koopmann, and she has been a tremendous help to both of them. My Hovawart had a recurring lameness in his hind leg, which was diagnosed via MRI at the Lüneburg Veterinary Clinic. Before considering surgery, physiotherapy was recommended. After just a few months of acupuncture with Ms. Koopmann, the clinic discharged us as cured. Surgery is no longer an issue. My Leonberger was lame in his right front paw and couldn't put weight on it properly for weeks. X-rays showed no abnormalities. Two physiotherapy sessions with Ms. Koopmann gave me back a lively, mobile dog. Simply fantastic!
