On our way to Amrum for our holiday from Rosenheim, we had to take our Cocker Spaniel, Lotta, to the vet and luckily ended up with Dr. Heinecke. We've never seen a vet who cared for our sick dog with so much heart and dedication. Thank you so much! ❤️ It's a shame the practice isn't in Rosenheim.

What's especially wonderful is that the veterinarian not only takes plenty of time in the practice but also on the phone. No matter how many questions I have or how uncertain I am, she listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and takes all the time I need. Her husband is just as wonderful. This feeling of being truly taken seriously is priceless to me. You can simply tell that competence and a whole lot of heart come together here. I always feel that my cat's well-being is their top priority and that every animal is treated as if it were their own.
