Reviews
On our way to Amrum for our holiday from Rosenheim, we had to take our Cocker Spaniel, Lotta, to the vet and luckily ended up with Dr. Heinecke. We've never seen a vet who cared for our sick dog with so much heart and dedication. Thank you so much! ❤️ It's a shame the practice isn't in Rosenheim.
Excellent advice and expertise! I can entrust my dog to this clinic with complete confidence. It started with small things like her vaccination record. My dog is 5 and I've had her since she was 1. No vet ever told me I had to sign the EU pet passport myself… We've been to several other vets over the years. Thank you for getting Emma ready for the summer!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. For me, the one-hour drive was absolutely the right decision. What's especially wonderful is that the veterinarian not only takes plenty of time in the practice but also on the phone. No matter how many questions I have or how uncertain I am, she listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and takes all the time I need. Her husband is just as wonderful. This feeling of being truly taken seriously is priceless to me. You can simply tell that competence and a whole lot of heart come together here. I always feel that my cat's well-being is their top priority and that every animal is treated as if it were their own.
Dr. Heinecke and her husband are truly dedicated, and the well-being of the animals is their top priority. Dr. Heinecke has even gone the extra mile for us beyond her regular working hours, which is much appreciated, and for which we are incredibly grateful. It's a small practice with a general waiting room. We've never had to wait very long. After several negative experiences, we were so glad to find this practice. You can tell by looking at our cat, who feels comfortable there. He's addressed by his name, not just called "Kitty Kitty." They are very attentive and empathetic, which is very important to me. We are very satisfied and grateful for the wonderful work of Dr. and Dr. Heinecke.
