Dear Dr. Gold and team, a few weeks ago I had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to one of my dogs. You made this journey as comfortable as possible for us with your loving, understanding, calm, and patient manner. Dr. Gold explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and what would happen next. That's exactly what makes this practice so special. You simply take the time for each of your patients, and no question is too much trouble for Dr. Gold. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and thank you all most sincerely. Despite my urgent plea for euthanasia for my dachshund, an appointment was scheduled for a much too late date, which was not shortened even after a pressing inquiry. As a result, our dachshund died a painful death, which could certainly have been avoided. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.
