We've been to this practice several times. This time, everything was perfect again. Such a lovely, empathetic team around the vet. We can only give them five stars. Everything is done calmly and patiently, which made our cat very quiet. We'll definitely go back.
I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. I went today for a booster shot after four weeks. Additional vaccinations were administered (and charged for) without my consent, which were absolutely not requested. Furthermore, they held a stethoscope to the dog for five seconds and charged an extra €25 for a "general check-up." You'll definitely never see us again! 👎🏽
